Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Assistant to support the daily operations of the Paul Masoumi Real Estate Corporation. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and wants hands-on experience in Vancouver’s luxury residential real estate market.

As part of the team, you will assist with administrative tasks, marketing coordination, scheduling, property listings, and open house preparation. Some days may involve remote administrative work, while others may include attending open houses, coordinating photography, or managing client appointments. You’ll work directly with Paul to ensure every detail — from client communications to marketing execution — is handled with professionalism and care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who values independence, variety, and the chance to learn from an experienced Vancouver realtor.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable professional with a genuine interest in real estate. While prior experience in luxury real estate is not required, the ideal candidate will have:
