Paul Masoumi is a Vancouver REALTOR® who has been licensed since 2006, helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential real estate market with a particular focus on Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver’s Westside.
Paul has built his business around market knowledge, thoughtful advice and long-term client relationships. Having moved from the North Shore to the Coal Harbour waterfront during the neighbourhood’s earlier development years, Paul has had the opportunity to watch Coal Harbour evolve into one of Vancouver’s most distinctive residential communities.
